We have at least 3 system administrator technicians working per shift, 24×7x365, to ensure you receive the highest quality of support regardless of the time of day or day of week.

Our technicians work with 3 high speed internet connections available for redundancy and a dedicated power backup generator which can provide up to 24 hours of continuous uninterrupted power at full capacity. The building that our technician’s office is located in has on site security guards around the clock and key card access required at all entrances.
